Introduction
Chui Tak Lap is passionate in art creation and is tremendously attracted to lines, graphics, characters, words and colours and loves to record his observations and experience in forms of drawing, among which he shows particular preference in drawing buses. Tak Lap likes trying new methods in his creation, such as using digital characters to form different expressions and using boxes and wheels to produce movable buses. All these displays his rich imagination and creativity. His passion in art creation has been recognized by his reception of different awards including the Merit Award in Exhibition of Primary School Students' Creative Visual Arts Work (2006-2007) in 2007, and his computer illustration “Family Members” being shortlisted to enter “Cross all Borders: Hong Kong Festival Showcasing New Visual Artists with Disabilities 2010”.
